Aeryntis

Data and Confidentiality

Your data stays yours. Your research stays confidential.

Aeryntis is built as an internal research system. We treat your data, your prompts and your outputs as confidential by default.

Scope of this page

This page describes how Aeryntis Intelligence handles the data you upload or generate when using the product, with a focus on confidentiality and professional use.

It is intended to complement the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service and does not replace them.

Data ownership

You retain full ownership of all documents, sources, analyses, insights and reports created or ingested in Aeryntis.

We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your proprietary datasets or the outputs generated from them, other than the limited rights needed to operate the service.

How we use your data

  • We use your data solely to provide, maintain and improve the Aeryntis service for your account.
  • We do not sell your data, and we do not use your proprietary content to train public models that would be exposed to other customers.
  • Aggregated and anonymised statistics (for example, feature usage metrics) may be used to improve the product, but they do not contain information that can reasonably identify you or your organisation.

Storage and access control

  • Your data is stored on infrastructure controlled by us under the data protection terms agreed with you.
  • Access to your workspace is restricted to authorised accounts under your control.
  • Operational access by our team, where applicable, is limited to the minimum necessary and is logged and subject to internal access-control policies.

Deployment model

Aeryntis Intelligence operates as a managed service. We are responsible for infrastructure, backups, updates and security, subject to the data protection terms agreed with you.

For enterprise clients with specific data residency, isolation or compliance requirements, a dedicated deployment can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Third-party AI and model providers

When Aeryntis calls external large language model (LLM) APIs on your behalf, we select providers that offer business or enterprise-grade confidentiality commitments.

The exact providers and models used for your workspace will be documented, and you may request that only specific providers be used where supported.

Prompts and retrieved content sent to such providers are used only to generate responses for your organisation and are not used by us to build unrelated products.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account remains active or as required to provide the service.

Upon termination, you may request the export of key artefacts such as reports and analyses, and we will delete or irreversibly anonymise remaining data after a reasonable retention period, except where longer retention is legally required.

Backups are retained for a limited time and are progressively overwritten.

Logs and auditability

For operational and security reasons we maintain technical logs, which may include metadata about requests to the service, job runs and analysis activity.

These logs are used for debugging, performance tuning and abuse detection and are retained only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

We strive to minimise the amount of sensitive content stored in logs and to avoid logging full documents or prompts where not strictly required.

Regulatory alignment

We aim to align our practices with applicable data protection regulations such as the GDPR where relevant.

If you require a data processing agreement (DPA) or specific contractual clauses, please contact us so that we can assess your request.
